**About Us**: Shed Homes Concreting Pty Ltd is a leading construction company specializing in high-quality concrete projects. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concreter to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled Concreter who takes pride in their work and can handle a variety of concrete tasks, from formwork and placement to finishing and curing. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic. There will be necessary travel for larger commercial projects within the South East Queensland region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans
- Setting up and maintaining formwork
- Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
- Ensuring the correct mixture of concrete
- Operating hand and power tools
- Performing quality checks
- Adhering to safety standards and regulations
- Communicating with suppliers and ensuring orders are placed and delivered on schedule
- Co-ordinate sub-contractors as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Concreter (examples of work will be highly appreciated)
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and curing techniques
- Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $150,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year
