**About the Role**

As a key member of our warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for organising, loading, transporting and maintaining event stock — from Event Props, furniture to décor and styling pieces. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and loves being part of a team that brings events to life.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Picking, packing and preparing items for event delivery
- Driving company vehicles to and from venues (HR preferred but not required; training offered if necessary)
- Forklift operation (valid licence required)
- Assisting with stock control and general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace
- Learning and using basic warehouse systems
- Working closely with leadership team to ensure smooth event setups

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A current Australian driver’s licence (HR a bonus but **not essential**)
- Valid forklift licence and hands-on experience
- Good physical fitness — some heavy lifting required
- Great Availability with occasional weekends
- Basic computer knowledge — comfortable learning new systems
- Great communication and a team-first attitude
- Punctual, dependable and takes pride in their work
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience working in event logistics, warehousing or removals
- Flexibility with early starts or occasional weekend work during busy event periods
- A desire to grow with the business, we love promoting from within
