**About the Role**

In the position of Operations Manager, you'll contribute directly to the flawless execution of onsite events, streamlining logistics and operations at our Headquarters.

Responsibilities will include organising and preparing equipment deliveries, procuring beverages, and ensuring top-tier food and beverage services for our valued customers and clients each day.

Working in collaboration with the General Manager, Kitchen Manager, FOH Manager, and Event Managers, we are excited to witness your passion for creating unforgettable experiences, leading logistics teams, and contributing to companies diverse and professional culture.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Spearheading event preparations by identifying necessary equipment and ensuring meticulous organisation.
- Managing the procurement, processing, and dispatch of goods from diverse suppliers, while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Conducting monthly stocktake to minimise waste and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Delivering weekly reports on performance and forecasts, covering financials and departmental updates.
- Crafting daily delivery run sheets for efficient operations.
- Skilfully rostering Front of House (FOH) and Logistics staff as needed.
- Preserving the cleanliness and compliance of company vehicles.
- Upholding 100% compliance with:

- Food Safety Standards
- RSA Requirements
- Health and Safety Policies & Procedures

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Previous Management experience in Catering & Events highly valued.
- Strong grasp of logistics or operational management principles.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisational prowess.
- Ability to thrive under pressure with a positive and professional demeanour.
- Effective time management, planning, and adaptability.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficient Computer skills.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and development.
- Proven dedication and self-driven work ethic.
- An open C class license and clean driving record are required.
