**About the role**
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager that will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of SIL and community services, through a person-centred approach. The position requires a sound knowledge and understanding of in-home service delivery, relevant academic qualifications and professional networks that will assist in the strategic development of the organisation.

**Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to**
- Managing and mentoring a team of team leaders and support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality client care.
- Displaying leadership skills through conducting team meetings, one on ones and staff coaching.
- Building a strong rapport with customers and their families.
- Managing team rosters, timesheets and attendance.
- Identifying, assessing and resolving client complaints and issues while displaying a client-centred approach.
- Performing home visits to complete client assessments and audits.
- **Bachelor's degree in social science, psychology, social work** / **extensive experience in the sector 7+ years.**:
- Proven experience and record achievement in managing the delivery of health and human services; specifically, the delivery of supported independent living services to people with a disability.
- Demonstrated experience leading, managing and supporting a diverse but skilled team of service coordinators and support workers
- Understanding of the NDIS-efficient price model of service delivery
- Promoting Care Metaz Global's services to the community through public events, functions, and forum
- Assessing the physical, technological, and staffing needs across the team
- Demonstrated qualifications/experience in management, disability, health or welfare
- Strong ability to work with the Exec Manager Service Delivery to forge new & strengthen existing relationships with the local community and service providers.
- Knowledge of the Disability industry and the NDIS.
- The ability to engage various stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Experience in supporting clients with mental health concerns and high support needs.
- Excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
