SOHUM is a beautiful retail store in Melbournes Royal Arcade, specialising in Fragrance products including Candles, Reed Diffusers, Home fragrance, Perfumes, Bath & Body Products made in Melbourne.

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic sales assistant to join our small team, with previous experience in a sales or customer service role.

Tasks include:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Ability to work independently and be self motivated.

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Accurately describe product features and benefits.

We offer product training, so you can deliver excellent customer service with confidence.

Great working conditions, Melbourne owned company, fantastic staff discount.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
