Change and Configuration Coordinator

You will be responsible for providing professional support to ensure efficient and effective delivery of changes into a customer environment in accordance with the required processes and governance framework.
The Change and Configuration Coordinator reviews requests for change, works with the wider NEC teams to ensure implementation, test, rollback plans and presentations are completed and submitted with each change control.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Required to effectively manage the lifecycle of change requests as directed;
- Assist in validating failed changes - based around technical or process failure and following up on PCR documents as required;
- Work with teams to submit PCR documents as required;
- Assist in following up of approvals for Changes as required;
- Demonstrates attention to detail to minimise the number of quality and compliance issues caused by incorrect or inaccurate configuration of services and assets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and with limited supervision;
- Must have a proactive approach and be prepared to support the needs of a professional team;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment;
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and being proactive;
- Experience in facilitating clear and concise inter team communication; and
- Actively participates in continuous service improvements (CSI’s) initiatives
**Your skills and experience**:
- ITIL foundation or relevant qualifications;
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a similar role within a large government organisation;
- Industry experience in Configuration Management is preferred;
- Strong skills with MS Office Suite; and
- Proven ability to handle a consistently high workload with frequently changing customer requirements and expectations is essential for this role
