Bar Supervisor

**About the Role**:
As our **Bar Supervisor**, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our bar, working hands-on behind the bar to serve high-quality beverages, lead the team, and help drive an exceptional customer experience. This role can be casual, part or full time but a minimum of 30 hours is required.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Leading and supervising the bar team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and fun service
- Delivering high-quality drinks, including cocktails and barista-made coffee with latte art
- Maintaining high-volume cocktail service standards and consistency in drink quality
- Participating in day-to-day bar operations and ensuring exceptional customer service
- Overseeing inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes
- Assisting in the management of bar rosters
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new bar team members to meet performance standards
- Monitoring team performance and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Working closely with management to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2+ years behind of bar experience essential
- Supervisor experience
- Strong cocktail knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Solid barista skills, including ability to produce high-quality coffee with latte art
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, inventory control, and liquor laws
- Positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
