We currently have a managerial leadership opportunity managing the day to day operations of one of our highest profiled assets located in Chadstone
Based in the heart of Chadstone at one of our most premium assets, the Client Services Manager role encompasses key functions of client contract management. This is an exciting opportunity to use your staff management skills in creating an engaging culture and facilitating a fast-paced and dynamic work environment to deliver creative solution focused results
**Description**:
**Role responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Proven ability to deliver operational excellence with strong client and customer service focus
Experience in the provision of security services and the management of frontline personnel within a retail environment preferred
Ensure safety and compliance on site utilising systems, auditing and reporting tools
Understanding of asset protection, including familiarity with base building services i.e. access control, CCTV, fire panel, BMS systems and Security Control Rooms
Experienced in employee and performance management procedures
Strong administrative and Incident Reporting ability on web-based systems with a strong commitment to detail
Ability to lead and work in a team
Implementation of training and crime prevention strategies and initiatives, including security/safety management plans with a strong understanding of emergency management processes
Be an Australian citizen or have the right to permanent residency in Australia
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Prior experience leading a medium to large corporate security team.
- Control Room Accreditation preferred but not essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills is a must.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- A strong customer service focus
- Cert IV in Security Risk Management or equivalent tertiary will be highly regarded
- Good internal & external stakeholder management skills will be required to liaise with tenant, property manager/ owner, VICPOL, etc.
- Must have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
