**Your New Opportunity**:
An excellent **full time**, **permanent** opportunity exists for a **Parts Interpreter **to join our dynamic team,based at our Wacol, **National Parts Distribution Centre**, where you will support and advise both our internal and external stakeholders on parts across our diverse range of premium brands to minimise downtime & maximise productivity.
- Provide customer service support to our dealers / branches with their parts technical enquiries of Engine, Transmission and Chassis related components.
- Liaise with our OEM Partners to provide solutions to parts technical queries.

**About You**:

- Qualified Parts Interpreter or Minimum of 3 years' experience in parts interpreting or related industry role.
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Sound knowledge / background in heavy duty truck and or heavy duty engines and other associated products sold through our parts department preferable.
- Pentana IDS, ERA DMS experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficient user in Microsoft Office
