**The Company**

This enterprise level critical infrastructure organisation has many varied devices in the IoT space and a large attack surface.

And with a growing amount of threat actor groups targeting this industry, there has been a number of new roles created, including this Lead Cyber GRC position.

**The Role**

This job opportunity would suit someone who has operated within a cyber GRC function for some time and has a breathe of skills across risk, compliance and assurance.
- This role is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to assist and receive mentoring from senior leadership. You will absolutely have the opportunity to create and shape this function.
- Could suit someone looking to make the next step up from a senior

Some of the functions you will complete include:
Risk - Cyber risk assessments, work with the business to address risk

Compliance - Oversight, coordinate and progress security audits

Assurance - Assist the GRC manager to set up this function. Identify key controls, run controls testing, identify ineffective controls & remediate.

The organisation is on a journey with NIST and has good baseline maturity.

**About You**
- A solid background in Cyber GRC in a complex environment
- An understanding of a range of frameworks/guidelines such as NIST, 27001k, Essential 8
- Good exposure to completing cyber risk assessments, facilitating audits and controls assurance
- Experience writing new and reviewing current cyber policies in ISMS
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change in Cyber GRC
- Bonus - Healthcare experience

The organisation has many projects in the pipeline and due to this I am looking for decent knowledge in the above scope across either 3rd party risk management or IGA.

**Salary OTE - $170k package.**

Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISK & professional memberships/cyber groups are highly regarded.
