**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Cardiac Technician to join our team performing and reviewing ambulatory ECG recordings. As a Cardiac Technician, you will need previous experience in the analysis of electrocardiograms (ECGs), 24-hour Holter Monitors and Event Monitors.

In addition to data analysis you will have the chance to be trained to connect patients to Seer’s novel ambulatory video-EEG-ECG system and in time, taught to review EEG data.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will independently perform the following:
Reporting and Reviewing
- Independently review and annotate 7-day Holter Monitors using Phillips Software
- Relay cardiac findings to Seer’s team of reporting doctors
- Report critical findings to the relevant body as per Seer’s protocols

Documentation
- Help to create cardiac documentation for training purposes
- Create basic cardiac presentations for non-cardiac scientist

Procedures
- Connect and disconnect ambulatory video EEG-ECG patients
- Securely transfer and manage patient data
- Maintain data integrity via remote log in / contacting patients via telephone
- Perform minor equipment maintenance
- Measure patients using the EEG international 10-20 system

Administrative tasks
- Keep workflow documents up to date with relevant information pertaining to your work and the connection/ disconnection of patients

Travel / Call Outs
- On rare occasions travel to satellite offices to connect/ disconnect patients
- Occasionally travel for onsite call outs - if equipment cannot be fixed remotely

We have obsessively high standards
- Complete a Seer scientific report outlining your findings
- Communicate findings with reporting doctors
- Complete allocated studies within a specified time-frame

**ABOUT YOU**
- At least one-year experience in clinical cardiology is required
- Experience reviewing ECG data and identifying abnormal activity is essential
- Experience reviewing ECG/ Holter data in children is essential, and adult experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in clinical neurophysiology is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Self-directed and takes initiative
- Full drivers licence is preferred but not essential

**Salary range: $80k-$90k +10.5% superannuation.
