**Responsibilities**
- Running the SMT production line, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
- Conducting quality inspections on PCBs to ensure they meet the required standards
- Quickly replenishing supplies and components and performing job changeovers to minimise downtime
- Operating the Solder Paste Screen Printer, making adjustments as needed
- Modifying machine programs to optimise performance and output quality
- Performing routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition
- Setting up and operating the reflow oven to solder printed circuit board assemblies
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 years' experience in operating SMT machines
- Diploma in Electronics or Certificate IV in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Juki and MyData is advantageous
- Knowledge of PCBs is advantageous
- Experience in high quality electronic assemblies
- Understanding of Class III manufacturing
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with work processing and spreadsheet programs
- Must have good communication skills, take pride in accuracy and quality of work, ability to work autonomously, ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand/sit for long period of time as the role requires
