Lovely kids cafe located in MQ shopping centre is looking for experienced retail assistant/receptionist that has excellent customer service standards and is a people's person to join our small team.

**About KiddoKove**

KiddoKove is a cove for kids and parents - a play centre for children aged 0-8 and a leisure cafe for their carers. It's a place to play, party and partake. Our goal is to create an engaging, fun and safe environment where kids feel thrilled in captivating activities and amazed at various party themes and events, whilst parents can join in children's play, or simply watch over qualify food and coffee.

**To be successful in the role, you will be required to show the following attributes**:

- Providing information about products and services to customers
- Answer telephone calls to take messages from clients or to provide information
- Receive and greet walk-in customers and make them comfortable
- Fast turn-around of orders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Following prescribed service standards
- Self-motivate
- Experience following health & safety policies and procedures, legislation, and standards.
- Management of stock levels
- 1 or more years of experience in a similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: based on experiences

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Working with Children Check

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Pay: $21.18 - $25.00 per hour
