Job Description

**Your Opportunity to Join Our Team**

We are seeking a **Breeder Farm 2IC** to support operations at our **Lennard Brook Breeder Farm**. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced farm worker to step into a leadership role, assisting the Farm Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the farm, maintaining high animal welfare standards, and driving continuous improvement.

**Daily Tasks**
- Assist the Farm Manager in overseeing daily operations of the breeder farm.
- Supervise and support farm workers to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor bird health, welfare, and egg production to meet company standards.
- Conduct regular farm inspections and ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols.
- Assist with feed management, equipment maintenance, and general farm upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records and report key farm performance metrics.
- Identify and address operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines.

**You Will Bring to This Role**
- Previous experience in poultry farming, preferably in breeder farm operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow farm procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
