**Main Role**:

- Assisting in the management of rental properties
- Completing in going and out going reports
- Liaising with tenants & landlords
- Complete lease renewals
- Routine inspections
- Organise open house inspections

**Skills and Experience**:
Along with a wealth of local knowledge, high motivation and a strong reputation, the successful applicant will have:

- Previous Leasing or Property Management Experience
- A proven track record of performance
- Own car and drivers licence
- Immaculate presentation & strong communication skills
- Current Certificate of Registration
