**About this role**:
This renowned design studio, known for its impressive array of upscale residential and hospitality ventures, seeks a skilled and passionate interior designer to enhance their dynamic team. The role involves contributing to the design of private residences and boutique multi-residential projects. Proficiency in ArchiCAD is preferred. With a firm dedication to mentorship and professional advancement, this role presents an exciting chance for an interior designer to develop and excel within a respected practice.

**Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver thoughtfully considered designs for high-end residential, and hospitality projects
- Confidently deliver full documentation packages and concept presentations
- Develop and implement material and finishes palettes to the highest standard
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team, including architects, builders and suppliers
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results

**Skills and experience**
- Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 4+ years' local experience in high-end residential design
- Expertise in ArchiCAD, with strong documentation & joinery detailing skills
- A keen eye for material and finishes selection and specification
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Motivated, positive and open approach
