Provide exceptional theatre experiences to customers
- Supervising members of staff and facility equipment
- Organizing all workflow within the cinema and ensuring that delegated tasks are executed appropriately and efficiently
- Monitoring all employee productivity and providing constructive feedback
- Preparing and submitting performance reports daily
- Listen and follow a managers instruction and carry out tasks as instructed
- Maintaining the cinema floors up to standard
