**The role**:
Our career options are as diverse as our people, we all have an important role to play. The Culture & Capability Advisor is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing organisation-wide learning events and initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.

Working alongside the People Business Insights Analyst, you will use data driven insights to develop initiatives and lead projects that help shape SEW’s future of work and uplift the people experience at South East Water. Initiatives may include the design and delivery of learning and development programs, learning events and initiatives and the embedding of values and behaviours into all aspects of the employee life cycle, including, but not limited to, culture, employee engagement, Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and our workspace.

The key accountabilities of this role include employee experience, culture and capability, learning and development and stakeholder management.

**Who are you?**:
The following key skills, knowledge and experience will ensure your success in this important role:

- High learning agility and an ability to interpret data to recognise patterns and draw linkages
- Strong written communication skills, with experience in creating and distributing various forms of written communications designed to inform, engage and connect.
- High level of commercial acumen to understand the changing requirements of the organisation and industry more broadly
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Accreditation in individual and team profiling tools is desirable
- Experience leading people and/or coaching is desirable
