We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to take on a Store Manager role at our Warringah Wheel&Barrow location. WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Leading a small team and managing day to day operations of a store, you will run the Warringah Mall Wheel&Barrow store with your own flair to maximise sales and achieve goals.
- You’re experienced in Retail Store Management - you have an in-depth knowledge of the retail market and know what it takes to run a successful store.
- You’ll be a leader - you will recruit, train and motivate, being a mentor and setting an example for the team.
- You’re analytical - reviewing rosters, sales and KPIs, you will analyse data to improve performance and results.
- You’ll understand your customers - using your exceptional customer service skills you will be able to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
- You’re a strong communicator - You know how to influence key stakeholders to get the best possible strategic outcomes.
- You work well under pressure - respond calmly to situations with competing priorities and find solutions to any problems you face.
- You’ll have an eye for detail - you will implement store merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
- You’ll have a focus on safety - adhere to health, safety and environmental standards and regulations and embed a safety culture into the team.
