Due to continued growth, we're seeking a skilled and reliable **HVAC Technician or trade assistant** to join our team.

**The Role**

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You'll work across a range of sites and be a key part of our team delivering outstanding service to our clients. We are predominantly a commercial company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (split systems, ducted, VRV/VRF, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and Australian standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members

**Requirements**:

- Able Bodied person
- Age is no barrier, we encourage mature applicants
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- NSW Driver’s License
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must have full Australian working rights

**Desirable**:

- Experience in both residential and commercial HVAC systems
- RDO available for qualified tradesman after probation
