**Position Title**: Retail Manager

**Salary Range**: $70,000 - $75,000 plus super

**Position Type**: Full-time

**About Breadtop**:
Breadtop is a leading Asian and Western pastry business that produces and sells premium quality products that has a “baked on the premises” concept retail shop. We have over 72 stores nationwide and sell our products to customers in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and the ACT. We offer our customers a variety of self-serve products to suite Asian, as well as local and Western tastes. “Self-serve bun purchasing” is our shop's feature which provides customers the freedom to browse before purchasing. The kitchens in all stores adopt an open concept. The public is also welcomed to view the bun manufacturing process.
- AQF Diploma qualification or above in business or management is required.
- Minimum 2-year retail management experience is required
- Experience in developing and coaching a team is highly desired
- Strong communication skills and time management skills
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Particular experience with Asian buns, cakes, biscuits, and pastry goods is highly preferred
- Bi-lingual/Multilingual is preferred

**Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to**
- Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximize sales
- Coordinate, update, and analyze monthly reports to maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
- Develop, train and guide staff to increase productivity
- Create a safe working environment for the team and customers
- Support and contribute a cooperative organisational culture
- Assist with customer service queries
- Ensure Breadtop policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Roster your team in line with store's trading profile
