- Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover.
- Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians.
- Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the day-care

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- Cert III or Diploma in children's services
- Passion for working with children
- Has a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- A current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- A current First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma
