A permanent full-time opportunity has become available in Salisbury with an Australian owned leading manufacturer and supplier of generators and power generation products. With a track record spanning over 30 years, this business is committed to delivering their customers reliable solutions from the world’s leading brands.
Responsible for a busy reception, we are seeking a customer focused administrator to respond to customer enquiries as the first point of contact. Key duties include:
- Providing administrative assistance to the sales team (including preparing quotes and orders as required)
- Maintaining and updating customer information
- Undertaking associated administrative tasks
To be considered for this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Previous aligned experience within a fast-paced office environment
- A strong customer service focus with well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
- Confidence learning and using new technology
- Accurate keyboarding skills
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
