**_The role is permanent, full-time, and is based at Morwell in a hybrid working model. _**

**Responsibilities**
- Financial management and control - Work within established systems to deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area of financial control.
- Financial modelling - Provide financial modelling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support growth in the business.
- Functional strategy formation - Play a key role in development the operational strategy including financial and non-financial performance targets.
- Be a key contributor to the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring engagement with key stakeholders and leading presentations with management, as well as governance on VC initiatives

**About you**
- Tertiary Qualification in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline with CA/CPA accreditation
- Strong commercial/analytical experience with comprehensive understanding of standard product costings systems and inventory valuation adjustments
- Ability to analyse key operational and financial trends across the business
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and develop models to manipulate data efficiently
- Strong project management experience with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Our Morwell site is located about 150km east of Melbourne, manufacturing a large range of products in yoghurt and dairy desserts including brands such as Farmers Union, Dairy Farmers and Yoplait. Operating 24 hours a day, six days a week across 9 lines the site is highly automated and is the largest yoghurt facility in Australia.
