Are you looking to build your career in Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)? We are seeking a **Cyber Security GRC Officer** who is passionate about cybersecurity and ready to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will help shape and maintain our clients cybersecurity framework, ensuring their policies and procedures align with industry standards like AESCSF, ISA 62443, and NIST 800-53, while balancing practical business needs.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Cyber Security Governance**: Help develop and maintain policies and procedures aligned with leading cybersecurity standards, ensuring clear communication with business stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and prioritize cyber security risks, contributing to the maintenance of the risk register and offering pragmatic solutions for risk mitigation.
- **Compliance**: Assist in ensuring their compliance with industry standards and support audit activities with necessary documentation.
- **Policy Development**: Work with various teams to develop and update cyber security policies, monitoring adherence and addressing non-compliance as necessary.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **3+ years of experience in Cyber Security Risk**:

- Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the business
- Strong knowledge of global cybersecurity trends and standards (AESCSF, ISA 62443, NIST 800-53, Essential Eight)
- Familiarity with various technology platforms (Microsoft, SCADA, Cloud, IT-OT)

**Bonus Points For**:

- Industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, CGRC
- Experience in conducting cyber security risk assessments
- Familiarity with ICS/SCADA security
