**The Team**:
Join an inclusive and welcoming service in Nowra and work in partnership with families and your new teammates. A small service with a maximum of 25 places, we offer before school care, outside of hours care and vacation care. Before & After School care hours 7 - 9am and 3 - 5.30pm during school term and 7.00am - 5.30pm during the school holidays.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Certificate 3 or Diploma (ACECQA approved equivalent) in Early childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- You will have a bright personality and good energy

**The Role**:

With a comprehensive understanding of Children's Services Regulations, EYLF, and NQS, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional educational and care experiences. Your enthusiasm and passion will add vibrancy to our environment, creating a fun and engaging setting for learning and growth.

Your role involves a** balanced 59-hour fortnight**, enabling you to integrate work with your lifestyle.** Engage in split shifts**: Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri mornings from 7am-9:30 am, Thurs morning from 7am-11:30 am, and every afternoon from 2:30-5:30 pm. This schedule supports your dedication to inspiring and guiding children aged 5-12 years, shaping their growth and experiences.
