The position
The Head of Humanities at Canberra Girls Grammar School is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring

classroom experiences. This role requires an innovative and proactive approach to curriculum design and a
compassionate leadership style to inspire a team of professional educators.

As the Head of Faculty, you will manage all elements of the courses offered within your faculty, including junior
(MYP and Australian Curriculum) and senior curriculum (BSSS and IBDP), associated administration, and
relationships with key stakeholders. Working collaboratively with the Senior School's Academic and Pastoral
Management teams, you will be responsible for driving your faculty's strategic direction within the framework of
the School's Strategic Design.
