As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and reliable individuals to join our dedicated team. **Now Hiring**: Support Workers **What You’ll Do** - Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes or community settings - Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, mobility, meals, and medication - Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing - Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families - Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team - Encourage and support social outings, community access, and companionship - Report and document progress in a professional, timely manner - Work alongside families, care coordinators, and allied health professionals - Follow safety standards and NDIS practice guidelines at all times **What We’re Looking For** - A caring, compassionate, and respectful approach - Relevant experience or willingness to learn (training provided) - Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent (preferred) - NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain - Current First Aid/CPR certification - Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred) - Subscribe to a culture of teamwork, caring and quality service - Professionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients and their families - A good judgment, quick decision-making and excellent communication skills - Current National Police Clearance - Current or willing to obtain Manual handling certificate - Current or willing to obtain relevant immunisations for working in WA health - Smart mobile phone - Comprehensive car insurance **Why Work With Amity?** - Supportive and inclusive team environment - Great renumeration - Ongoing training and career development - Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle - Opportunities for advancement - Make a genuine impact in your community **Ready to Apply?** Join a team that values trust, compassion, and quality in everything we do.Amity Care and Support Services is an equal opportunity employer.
