**About the Role**

Our Workday Trainers are our outstanding ambassadors of Workday and exceed at bridging the learning gap for users. We are specialists at adopting innovation and mastering technology. We are passionate about helping trainees and representing our products, team, and organization.

As a Workday Trainer, you will teach and certify Workday Customers and Partner consultants to provide them with HCM product expertise in order to have a successful Workday journey. You should also be ready to work hard while having a lot of fun doing it

**What you’ll do**:

- Engage, lead, and deliver both virtual and in-person classes.
- Become a professional in Workday HCM product suite and Cross Applications tools.
- Be a phenomenal teammate to collaborate and define a prime training methodology and delivery.
- Share relevant knowledge and experiences with your trainees.
- Be the ambassadors of Workday.
- Mastering in different class environments and various teaching tools/technologies with the aim of providing the trainees with the best training experience.
- Handle anticipated or unforeseen classroom/virtual classes' situations in an utmost professional manner.
- Remain on top of Workday products as they evolve and improve.
- Bend and adapt to meet the needs of the businesses.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 2 - 6 years of HCM consulting or HR/HRIS operations experience.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Passion for education Strong interest in learning, teaching, and mastering new technologies.
- Self-motivated and can work without direct supervision.
- Passionate about overcoming challenges and able to work independently towards success.
- Experience in conducting virtual or in-person classes with a large audience.
- Having payroll processing experience or knowledge in payroll is an advantage
- Proficiency in any other Asian languages is an advantage.
- Technical skills such as JSON, XSLT, XML, SQL is an advantage
- Passionate about overcoming challenges and able to work independently towards success.
- Strong interest in learning, teaching, and mastering new technologies.
- Ability to unravel sophisticated ideas into simple concepts in helping audiences to easily absorb and retain such information.
- Being agile and flexible while adapting to a changing environment.
- Fresh graduates with Human Resources Management/Information Technology certification (and a keen interest in a training career) may be considered.
- Travel of up to 50% required.
