We have a Coordinator opportunity in our growing service at Banyule OSHClub. This is a permanent part-time (30.50 hours per week) role for those looking for a step up in their career, experienced in working with children, passionate and dedicated to take ownership of an existing great service with a team of enthusiastic Educators in Rosanna.
**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 06:45 - 09:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 03:00 - 06:15 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free plus you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school
Banyule OSHClub is an existing service with average morning attendance of 10 and afternoon attendance of 25 children. This is a beautiful and growing service in Rosanna where we have our own classroom connected to the gym. We also have a modern and large kitchen to do cooking activities in. This is a service where we have a good routine already established to step into the team. The school is currently undergoing renovations to upgrade their facilities and we are happy to be able to offer HP back at the service from 6:45am-6:15pm over school holidays.

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids.
Strong and clear communication.
Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
