Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

We are seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants to work at a coastal 100 bed, residential aged care facility in Torquay. Permanent and part time positions are available.

**_Key Responsibilities: _**
- You will ensure the best possible care to residents,
- You will have experience in a similar role,

**_Essential criteria: _**
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Recent experience in a similar role
- Passion for **Aged Care**
- Current police check
- Flexible with rostering and have a knowledge of ACFI and accreditation standards

Salary strictly in accordance with EBA. The base rate is depending on experience. Penalty rates apply.

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
