About Us:
MannFamilyCare is expanding and we’re seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our compassionate team, specialising in personalised care for clients with high behaviour needs across Adelaide Metro.

About the Role:
We need experienced Disability Support Workers with at least 1 year of experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community participation who can handle high behaviour needs clients while ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Handle client issues professionally and promptly.
- Schedule and allocate clients daily.
- Offer encouragement, companionship, and assist with new skills, hobbies, and employment.
- Plan and participate in social activities and home care tasks like cooking and grocery shopping.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and maintain accurate records.
- Administer first aid and medication if qualified.
- Explore client needs and plan for their wellness and growth.
- Available for regular morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities, especially high behavior needs clients.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid Certificate.
- Full Australian Driver’s License.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility across various shifts.

Join Us:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $36.00 - $72.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week
