**We are looking for a Product Delivery Officer to join our Card Production team.**

This role will be responsible for providing end-to-end card and PIN management with clients and vendors.

In this role you will be responsible for the following;
- Monitor and maintenance of card and collateral stock levels, BIN ranges and chip forecasting
- Coordinate scheme approvals, key validity and compliance
- Participate in the shift roster between 8am and 5pm
- Ensure that the daily work is actioned to meet cut-off times, meeting the requirements of our clients, Australian regulatory bodies and other Financial Institutions
- Identify and escalate issues and concerns, client complaints, service failures, supplier failures or noncompliance to Cuscal policy
- Adherence to processes and accurate documentation to meet audit and compliance policies
- Build relationships and liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, other Financial Institutions, Vendors and Scheme
- Action and respond to client service requests and other internal requests in a timely, accurate manner to ensure internal OLA's and client's SLA are met
- Contribute to the implementation of quality assurance policy and continuous improvement
- Accurately document processes and contribute knowledge management activities
- Project related duties as required such as on-boarding of Clients, Implementation of new initiatives, products and mandates
- Adhoc admin duties
