Are you ready to be part of something exceptional? Our newly opened 5-star hotel in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Control Room Operator to join our security team. With comprehensive training provided and paid for, this is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

**Position**: Control Room Operator (Security Guard)

**Location**: Sydney, Australia

**Hours**: 12-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week (Roster to be confirmed)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage control room operations with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain clear and effective communication via phone and radio systems.
- Compile accurate and detailed reports to uphold security standards.
- Extend a warm welcome to guests, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Foster strong relationships with both guests and management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in security roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Current First Aid certification.
- Security License (SL).

**Duration**: Ongoing for the next two years.

**Experience**:

- Hotel Security: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:
