CNC Operator

Due to consistent growth across our business and specifically the purchase of a new ECOCA MT-412 3000 CNC MACHINE, we are now seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our high performing team in Gillman SA 5013.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

- Reading and interpreting job specifications and technical drawings
- Operating heavy machinery, hand tools and lifting equipment
- Maintain equipment, tools and work area
- Direct and mentor trades assistants where required

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

- Relevant trade qualification and knowledge of machining
- Knowledge of CNC programming and operations
- Ability to manufacture components and prepare and plan for jobs
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers licence and demonstrated safety first mind-set.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
