**About the role**
At Entain the customer is at the centre of what we do, the Fraud Reporing and Compliance team exists to ensure the company meets its extental and internal reporting and compliance requierments as it relates to fraudulent accounts / transactions. It’s never been more important for the Company to meet its legal and compliance requirements to esnure we protect the company. In addtion you will liasing with all forms of law enforcement and making sure the company meets its obligations to assist with their investigations.

**What you will do**
- Manage the Fraud Reporting and Compliance Team on a day-to-day basis.
- Oversee the hiring and training of new staff for the Fraud Reporting and Compliance team.
- Collaborate with other areas of Entain and provide input into the strategic direction of tools and reports.
- Liaise with Police and Law enforcement agencies across a wide range of matters
- Oversee Staff Betting and ensure staff are adhering to the Policies in place.
- Development and implement strategies effective for the reporting and compliance obligations.
- Identify the weakness of current control process and recommend enhancements to current policies and procedures.
- Development and training of new staff and ensure they are up skilled in relation to new fraud trends / activity.
**Who we’re looking for**
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach.
- An investigative and analytical mind.
- Ability to manage staff and deal with day-to-day employee issues/concerns.
- Ensure staff members maintain a high level of integrity while performing their duties.
- Effective time management skills
- ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn, harnessed with a pro-active personality and a good work ethic.
- Be available to work a flexible roster, including regular weekend work.
