The opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing and experienced Receivables Clerk to join our team in Hemmant in Brisbane on a casual basis working 3 days per week 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Creates invoices according to company practices
- Submits invoices to customers for payments
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions
- Calls customers and runs debtors ledger
