**Cafe Manager - About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the cafe's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead, train and motivate a team of cafe staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Ensure the cafe maintains high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health and safety compliance
- Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
- Assist with a variety of cafe duties such as serving customers, preparing food and beverages, and cash handling as needed
- Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall success of the business
- Implementing new procedures to ensure efficient time management

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar cafe management role
- Current Food Handlers Certificate
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a cafe environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide an outstanding dining experience
- Working knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and other relevant regulations
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be available to work day/night shifts, weekends and holidays

**Cafe Allrounders**

We're seeking a passionate Cafe Allrounder to join our team. This is a casual role where you'll have the opportunity to work in a vibrant, community-oriented cafe environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers
- Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverage items, including coffee, milkshakes, juices, and sandwiches
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including clearing tables, restocking supplies, dishes and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a **customer service** or **hospitality** role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service to customers
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food preparation, including the ability to prepare basic meals and beverages
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:
