**Junior Paralegal - Wills & Estate Team (Full Time)**
**Location**: Southern Brisbane (Browns Plains, QLD)
**Hours**: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Collective Employment Relations is excited to be recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Full-Time Paralegal for one of our wonderful clients based on the southern end of Brisbane.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to further their career in the legal industry, gain valuable experience, and support a busy legal practice in a full-time role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with opening and managing Wills and Estate files, including data entry, preparing draft documents, and following up with clients for outstanding information or appointments.
- Prepare and send initial correspondence, organise finalised Wills for signing appointments, and witness Wills and other legal documents as required.
- Provide ad hoc assistance with estate matters, including preparation of court documents for lodgement.
- Enter completed documents into the safe custody register and maintain accurate records.
- Provide quotes for Wills and schedule appointments for clients.
- Back up reception duties, including greeting clients, answering and directing incoming calls, and taking accurate messages.
**About You**
- Friendly, well-presented, and able to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
- Previous experience in a legal or office environment is desirable but not essential.
- Commissioner for Declarations qualification or willingness to obtain it is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: $26.96 - $29.70 per hour
