**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development, focusing on seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure presentation of dishes meets the restaurant's standards.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant culinary role (X years preferred).
- Culinary diploma or degree from an accredited institution is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to follow recipes and specifications accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
