We are seeking an enthusiastic **Storeperson **who is looking for Full Time employment opportunities. Join and be part of an expanding team at one our prestigious education sites Ravenswood School for Girls, Gordon NSW. Grow with us

**The Role**:

- Receiving goods against purchase orders. Ensure correct items, quantities are received and put away.
- Safe handling techniques for manual handling of loads (10kg+)
- Connect with suppliers regarding item substitutes, back orders and out of stock items.
- Check with suppliers for ETA on missing items
- Efficient communication with head chef, chefs, catering manager and catering supervisor regarding deliveries and stock situations
- Invoice entry for received goods, while reporting pricing issues that arise
- Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices
- Assisting recess and lunch order distribution
- Performing ad hoc duties as required to support remaining operation

**About You**:

- Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices
- A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
- Ability to commit to early starts and possibly requiring to extend work hours once in a while

**Salary**: $24.76 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
