**Your new role**

A position for an experienced drafter proficient in ArchiCAD who can come in and hit the ground running. You will be joining a collaborative team to work on an exciting range of work.

You will be providing advice and supporting your drafting team as well as dealing with sales consultants and customers. You must be able to manage your team’s accuracy, presentation, detailing and compliance with building codes.

**What you'll need to succeed**

As an experienced Drafter with a strong knowledge of ArchiCAD, you will also have:

- Check working drawings to meet customer specifications suitable for council lodgement and construction through knowledge of ArchiCAD, the Building Code of Australia, the Queensland Building Act and all local council building and town planning regulations.
- Provide quality and timely contract documentation and final drawings for sales consultants, customers, council, and the building department.
- Check and issue final drawings for site staff, collation and implementation of customer post contract variations against drawings and variation schedules.
- Attend design interviews with the customer, sales consultant and provide preliminary sketches and advice as requested.
- For a preliminary sketch designs and sits for sales consultants for prospective customers, taking into consideration building and council regulations, covenants, and cost-effectiveness of site work.
- Check Building and Covenant approvals for any additions or amendments to customer contracts and advise relevant people.
- Check new paperwork and requests to ensure compliance with the Building Code of Australia, the Queensland Building Act, local council building, and town planning regulations and covenants as required.
- Meet KPI’s.

**What you'll get in return**

You will be awarded with an inviting salary ranging from $90,000-$110,000 + Super.
