**Key aspects of the role include**:

- Ensuring quality standards across the department.
- Managing the WHS/OHS procedures of the workshop whilst carrying out regular audits.
- Ensuring that quality work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Continued development of a skilled group of personnel working as a team to achieve outputs.
- Providing accurate quotes to customers.
- Producing Manufacturer’s Data Reports (MDR’s) and other supporting materials as required.
- Actively seeking out ideas for continuous improvement.

**To be successful you will ideally have**:

- Relevant Trade Qualification - Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical Fitter/BMW/Fabrication Trade
- Experience in Supervising workshop operations
- Well-developed communication and leadership skills
- Reliability in planning, reporting, communicating and ensuring compliance with internal and legislative commitments and obligations
- The demonstrated ability to lead in the area of Health and Safety

Pay: $68,802.29 - $134,810.21 per year
