**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and comprehend construction plans and specifications related to formwork.
- Measure and assemble materials to construct formwork for concrete structures.
- Install and align the formwork according to project requirements, ensuring accuracy and precision in all stages of Stormwater pit construction.
- Set up and brace the formwork to withstand concrete pressure and other external forces.
- Assist in pouring and finishing concrete to create the desired shape and structure.
- Inspect and maintain formwork, identifying and rectifying any issues or defects to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Formworker in the civil construction industry.
- knowledge of formwork construction techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools related to formwork.
- Understanding of concrete pouring and finishing techniques.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- A full and Current Drivers license
- White Card
- Confined Space ticket (not necesarry but beneficial)
