**As an Assistant Store Manager, you will...**
- Provide a personalised shopping experience to clients with a focus on building long term relationships, ensuring they find the perfect piece to add to their collection or celebrate life's special moments.
- Support a team of 25-30 Sales Associates through team building, 1:1 development, constructive feedback, and open communication.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to support general store operations inclusive of inventory, merchandising, CRM, and staff flow.

**To thrive in this role, you should have...**
- Proven experience in a retail management role leading high performing sales teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage and connect with clients on a personal level to provide an authentic sales experience.
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A team-first attitude, with a focus on continuous development and maintaining a positive and productive workplace.
