**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide physical and emotional support to residents who require assistance with daily living tasks, including mobility, meals, and personal care.
- Participate in the development and review of resident/client care plans; ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate to facilitate ongoing planning and provision of care for residents.
- Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives and staff, and ensure that all interaction with residents and their representatives are treated confidentially.
- Support the development and review of care plans to meet individual needs.

**Experience and Work availability**:

- Demonstrated experience in direct care role within aged care.
- ** Availability at least three shifts per week (no weekend work).**:

- ** Experience in administering medications under supervision or policy guidelines is highly desirable.**

To be suitable for this position, your qualifications for the role will consist of:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Completion of the following units of competency: HLTHPS006 - Assist clients with medication.
- Possess a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check - or the ability to acquire.
