WesTrac is seeking a passionate **Technical Writer** to join our Learning & Development team based at the WesTrac Institute in South Guildford on full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the **Learning & Development Design Lead, **you will be responsible for designing, developing, creating, maintaining, and evaluating training materials & resources to ensure they meet business needs and learner requirements.

As an integral part of learning transformation at WesTrac, your new role will see you maintain consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism with key stakeholders across the business, liaise with Subject Matter Experts to gather technical information to develop required learning resource material, and develop learning products in line with adult education learning principles while working within WesTrac’s branding guidelines and templates.

**About You**:

- Previous experience within a similar position creating learning resources and training assessment materials
- A relevant qualification in Training & Assessment, Technical Writing, or similar - highly desirable
- Strong computer literacy including MS suite, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and MadCap Flare - highly advantageous
- Solid understanding and exposure to eLearning module development and associated products SCORM, LMS (SuccessFactors), and Articulate 360
