**The Company;**

**The Team;**
You will be joining a well defined team of 20-25 consisting of Architects, BA's, QA's, and Developers ranging from graduate to super senior (20+ years) who encourage knowledge sharing to upskill everyone in the team. They have an inclusive, dynamic environment where everyone is heard and brings a slightly different skillsets. They come from a range of industries and ethnicities which makes them a very well rounded team.

**The Role;**
This is a technical team lead role which will see you doing a range of activities day-to-day. You will be working with the architects in the team to understand the business logic and then translating and allocating work to the team. You will have between 3-5 developers reporting to you and you will support their growth and progression, which you will be given tools, frameworks, and guidance to help you with this. You will still be hands on with C#, SQL, and bits of React so prior experience would be necessary.

**What you will already need to know;**
- A strong background working in Microsoft environments
- Experience leading projects or managing teams would be a huge plus but not 100% mandatory
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating requirements
