**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We’re seeking a **Sales Team Leader** to join our amazing team and take on the following responsibilities:

- Lead and develop team members to enable them to exceed targets
- Assist the current leadership team with Work from home/HQ staff
- Coach and oversee team members on bookings, enquiry, follow up & conversion
- Ensure that the team maintains increased productivity month on month through daily goal setting: KPI’s
- Understand all targets and use data effectively to manage team performance e.g. accounts actioned, sales made, margins, and conversion
- Improve consultants work flow & processes
- Identify missed opportunities & coach consultants to improve each month
- Recognise inefficiencies and implement changes
- Motivate on a daily basis
- Results and growing performance of individuals
- Recognise areas for growth in the team to increase stats

- Demonstrated experience in managing and engaging a Sales team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate others

- Contact Centre operations and travel performance metrics
