Our client is a well regarded National mid-tier firm with offices across the country and a recognized Employer of Choice in the Australasian Lawyer Employer of Choice awards for multiple years.**The opportunity**
We’re seeking an experienced People & Culture Adviser to join the Melbourne office. This will be a generalist role with the ability to get involved in a broad range of P&C areas such as but not limited to- General people management including performance reviews
- Participation in projects and committees such as health & wellbeing, D&I, leadership development
- Recruitment (end to end)
- Vacation Clerk & Graduate programs
- L&D initiatives
- Compliance areas such as WH&S and award compliance
**Exceptional Legal Professional Required**
To be successful in this role you will have- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the legal sector or other professional services environment
- Confidence to autonomously manage a recruitment portfolio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidentially
- A ‘can do’ attitude and refined organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
